Im Rahmen des Kurzentwerfen werden sich die Studierenden mit konstruktiven Systemen innerhalb der Typologie des Hochhauses beschäftigen. Es wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Konstruktionslogik, Fügung der Bauteile, Materialökonomie und architektonischem Ausdruck untersucht und anhand eigener Entwürfe und Fallstudien erprobt.

Ziel
Entwerfen eines Hochhauses mit Fokus auf Konstruktion und Fügung. Darstellung des Entwurfs in Form eines physischen Modells im Maßstab 1:200.

Energy Design Research Studio Schmidbaur

KAR – Hochalpiner Klimaraum

Der hochalpine Klimaraum KAR steht in Bezug zum Hafelekar (2.300m), dem Extrempunkt des Innsbrucker Stadtraumes. Er macht rasch wechselnde Licht- und Wärmeempfindungen direkt erlebbar.

Die Wahrnehmung wird durch akustische Bearbeitung des Raumes und Auslöschen aller visuellen Konturen („White Out“) verstärkt. Ein sich mit der Zeit aufzehrender Kältespeicher stellt die inhaltliche Verbindung zu tageszeitlichen Wetterveränderungen sowie zur Klimaerwärmung im alpinen Raum her.

Während der Öffnungszeiten der Remise zu den Österreichischen Architekturtagen 2019 steht das KAR allen BesucherInnen zum Ausprobieren zur Verfügung.… more
